Editorial policy

Every story is written by a named author whose byline links to their profile. We name our sources wherever we can and we describe them precisely wherever we cannot. Market data is attributed to its provider and the time it was captured is shown in India Standard Time.

We separate reporting from analysis. A story labelled analysis carries the author opinion; a story that is not so labelled reports what happened.

Corrections
