Singapore wealth management inflows keep growing, and the mix is changing

Assets under management rose again. The share coming from within the region rose faster.

Assets under management across Singapore private banking and wealth platforms rose again in the latest quarter, extending a run that now stretches several years.

The composition is shifting. A growing share of net new money originates within Southeast Asia and Greater China rather than from Europe or North America.

Political stability, a well-regarded legal system, a deep professional services base and a tax regime that is competitive without being aggressive. None of that is new; the combination has been building for three decades.
